The increasing relevance of geodata - for example, in
connection with disaster management or business location information
- gives this process extra momentum.

The network enables existing core competencies to be strengthened, costs reduced by practising a meaningful division of labour and new business models and innovative solutions jointly implemented. The partners' diverse competencies are focused on four spheres of work:
