on-geo® was founded in 2002 as a service provider for the trading of geodata. Today, real estate and finance are important market segments for the services of ongeo ®.

Through the on-geo® portal we integrate current geodata and attributes with relevance for the real estate market into the business processes of our customers.

We offer the following services: Data providing, operation of portal and shop solutions and LORA® - the software for real estate evaluation. In addition on-geo® acts as a reseller of Argus software. We provide german language training and a customer hotline addressing the standard tool for Discounted Cashflow Analysis.

LORA

The software LORA® is offering assistance in the process of real estate evaluation.

Highlights are the evaluation algorithms for different types of real estate, the order management including online commissioning of experts, the central database, the diverse tools for real estate analysis, the support of portfolio management and the online integration of research data.

LORA® is available in versions for mutual savings banks, public banks, privat mortgage banks and real estate evaluators.
